Westside Redi-Mix is a family-owned and operated ready-mix concrete company proudly serving Washington County, Yamhill County, and the surrounding communities.

Founded in 2016 by John Malnerich, Westside Redi-Mix was built on decades of construction experience and a commitment to hard work, quality, and customer service. Before entering the concrete industry, John owned and operated Westside Rock & Reclaim and spent years working in a variety of trades, including logging, crane operation, equipment mechanics, and dam construction. His hands-on knowledge and strong work ethic became the foundation of the company.

Following John's passing in 2019, his wife, Debby, assumed ownership of the company, while his daughter, Maisie, and son, JJ, took on leadership of daily operations. Together, they continue to honor John's legacy by upholding the values he instilled: integrity, reliability, and a dedication to serving the community.
