Building Dreams with Westside Redi-Mix Construction Company

We are a family owned and operated ready mix concrete company, specializing in delivering high quality concrete to Washington county, Yamhill County, and surrounding areas. Westside Redi-Mix was founded in 2016 by John Malnerich, who formerly owned and operated Westside Rock & Reclaim. John had been in the construction industry since he was 16 years old, from logging to crane operating, being an equipment mechanic to building dam’s, John had touched every inch of the construction industry. He was a hardworking, well-respected, family man who brought his expertise to the concrete industry. 

After Johns passing in 2019, his wife Debby became the new owner while his daughter and son had taken over the day-to-day operation of the company. Debby, Maisie, and JJ continue to carry the legacy of John and manage the company as John did in his time.

Since opening in 2016 Westside Redi-Mix has thrived in the community providing concrete for other small businesses and often serving the community needs. We pride ourselves in being able to supply concrete quickly, efficiently, and in a clean manner.
